Return policy

Items most be sent back within 7 days of the customer having received the package.
 Accesories,intimates,swimwear and sales items are final sale.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival via email info@ellaboutiquemiami.com (Send pictures) If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) including the original invoice.
 If you send a package that does not meet the requirements for a return will not be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them, if you do not respond which in the 7 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued.

We’ll deduct $12.00 from your refund to cover shipping cost.

Excessive returns, we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

Please allow 5 business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives. 
Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We have the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
