RETURN POLICY

Tag Removal and Return Policy:

To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing items once the tag has been removed or broken. Please make sure to inspect your purchase carefully before removing the tag. If the item is defective or damaged before the tag is removed, please contact our customer service team within 3 days for assistance. Thank you for understanding.

Bathing Suit Return Policy:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bathing suits. Please ensure that the product fits properly before purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or style, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Sales Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days for assistance. We value your satisfaction, and we are happy to work with you on any issues related to product quality.

Return policy:

Items most be sent back within 7 days of the customer having received the package.
 Accessories, intimates, swimwear and sales items are final sale. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival via email info@ellaboutiquemiami.com (Send pictures) If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) including the original invoice.
 If you send a package that does not meet the requirements for a return will not be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them, if you do not respond which in the 7 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued.

You send us the purchased item via USPS, and we will recognize a maximum amount of $14.00, which will be credited to your order.

Excessive returns, we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

Please allow 5 business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives.  Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We have the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
